Since 2004, Wortwiege has been creating transdisciplinary formats as a theatre and festival producer, intertwining art and science. It opens up spaces for theatre and thought at the same time.
Once a year the Wortwiege Festival for Theatre Forms takes place for five weeks in the historic Kasematten Wiener Neustadt.
The Wortwiege-founded Sea Change initiative is used to realize cross-border projects dedicated to research into change, transformation and change.
Fox On Ice is a joint project by Anna Luca Krassnigg and Christian Mair at the intercreative interface between music, literature, film and theatre, exploring narratives of transformation through feminine and fluid perspectives and strategies. This was developed as part of the SEA CHANGE initiative.
